A mid-fat, expedition ready, fully rigid adventure machine!
A dedicated 27.5+, fully rigid platform (conventional 29" compatible) that comes a whole host of benefits; same air volume as the 29+ setup but in a lighter (both rim, tyre and tube), faster accelerating, more manoeuvrable package that will fit a wider range of folk, especially at the smaller end of the size spectrum, without sacrificing geometry or standover. The rugged Shimano Deore 2x10 drivetrain will take you, fully laden to the furthest flung corners of the world and the efficient, fast-rolling 2.8" WTB Trailblazer's are tubeless-ready and ripe for the upgrade. With no-stone-left-unturned we've even bundled the bike with a couple of Free Parable's excellent Gorilla cages - allowing you to carry pretty much anything (1.5kg limit) that'll fit into their hugely adjustable cradle.
It’s a way to help independent bike dealers to get online and open themselves up to a whole new audience. In a marketplace where it’s getting harder and harder to run a bike shop, we want to make sure that all the amazing shops we work with have the chance to thrive.
Freewheel means he best of both worlds: the convenience of ordering online, whether choosing to reserve and collect in-store or delivery straight to your door; all whilst benefiting your local store.Browse genesis on Freewheel

Yes, you can order a bike to test ride in any Freewheel authorised stores. Simply select reserve and collect for the bike you wish to test. If you would like to test ride more than one bike please contact your local store. You can find your local Freewheel store here: https://www.freewheel.co.uk/stores
Not at the moment: For your safety and peace of mind we direct all bike orders directly to one of our participating independent bike stores. There is a simple reason for this. All the bikes we sell have a thorough Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) and subsequent safety check by a skilled bike technician. Once this is completed, your new bike will be ready to collect from your local store.
We want to get it right: If you have purchased a bike from one of our participating bike stores and you feel that you are not satisfied with your bike, please return it to the store within 30 days. The store staff will discuss the options available to you and quickly rectify the situation.
One Year Warranty: All bikes have a limited warranty and components are covered for one year from date of purchase - all to the original purchaser. Any part or frame failure that you would like to have inspected, as a warranty case should be first dealt with by the participating bike store where you originally purchased the bike from. If there is a case, then the aforementioned will be sent to us for further inspection and outcome. Please remember to provide your proof of purchase.
